We stand behind the quality of every product we make. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
Because our products are personal care and wellness items, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or altered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We'll review your request and work quickly to make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
